If you follow pickleball news you will likely have seen that all of the Joola Gen 3 paddles are no longer certified by the USAP, the governing body for pickleball and can't be used in any tournament where USAP rules are followed.

We and Joola understand that you may not wish to keep the paddle now and are offering full refunds should you wish to return your Joola Gen 3 Paddle.
If you wish to return your paddle, and purchased it from us, we need it back before July 8th, 2024 so we can meet our deadline to return the paddles to Joola.
