Today's episode features a simple High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, meaning short bursts of high intensity exercise with minimal breaks in between. If you check out the video above, you will see it involves 8 different exercises done for 30 seconds each with 10 seconds rest in between.
Some may find this workout either a little too easy or a little too difficult so it's important to note that you can adjust the duration of the exercises or rest time to suit your own personal goals.
Or alternatively you can just repeat the circuit until you're maxed out!
